A new myrsinol-type diterpene polyester, 14-deoxo-3β-O-propinoyl-2α,5α,7β,15β-tetra-O-acetyl-14α-O-benzoyl-myrsinol (1), and its known analogue, 14-deoxo-3β-O-prorionyl-5α,15β-di-O-acetyl-7β-O-nicotinoyl-myrsinol-14β-acetate (2), together with a monoterpenoid, pubinernoid A (3), two indole alkaloids, neoechinulin A (4) and dihydroxyisoechinulin A (5), two benzene derivatives, siringin (6) and (3-methoxyphenyl) acetic acid (7), were isolated from the 70% acetone extract of the aerial parts of Euphorbia dracunculoides Lam. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and comparison with literature reports. The absolute configuration of 1 was deduced by comparing experimental and calculated ECD spectra. Among them, compounds 4 and 5 were first obtained from the plant source. In addition, the 13C NMR data of compound 2 was reported for the first time.  相似文献

High throughput data are frequently observed in contemporary chemical studies. Classification through spectral information is an important issue in chemometrics. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) fails in the large‐p‐small‐n situation for two main reasons: (1) the sample covariance matrix is singular when p > n and (2) there is an accumulation of noise in the estimation of the class centroid in high dimensional feature space. The Independence Rule is a class of methods used to overcome these drawbacks by ignoring the correlation information between spectral variables. However, a strong correlation is an essential characteristic of spectral data. We proposed a new correlation‐assisted nearest shrunken centroid classifier (CA‐NSC) to incorporate correlation information into the classification. CA‐NSC combines two sources of information [class centroid (mean) and correlation structure (variance)] to generate the classification. We used two real data analyses and a simulation study to verify our CA‐NSC method. In addition to NSC, we also performed a comparison with the soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) approach, which uses only correlation structure information for classification. The results show that CA‐NSC consistently improves on NSC and SIMCA. The misclassification rate of CA‐NSC is reduced by almost half compared with NSC in one of the real data analyses. Generally, correlation among variables will worsen the performance of NSC, even though the discriminatory information contained in the class centroid remains unchanged. If only correlation structure information is used (as in the case of SIMCA), the result will be satisfactory only when the correlation structure alone can provide sufficient information for classification. Three reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites were employed to achieve the simultaneous electrochemical determination of multi-drugs including acetaminophen (ACTM), carbendazim (CB) and ciprofloxacin (CFX). All nanocomposite modified electrodes showed improved current responses for three drugs. Notably cauliflower-like platinum nanoparticles decorated reduced graphene oxide modified electrode (or Pt−RGO/GCE) exhibited the best performance in terms of electrochemical stability. Using Pt−RGO/GCE, the linear detect ranges of 30–120 μM, 25–115 μM and 10–25 μM, and detection limit values of 3.49, 2.96, and 1.53 μM were achieved for ACTM, CB and CFX respectively. The electrode was further used for the successful determination of above drugs in tap and river water using differential pulse voltammetry. From the obtained results, we believe that Pt-RGO/GCE is highly promising for the fabrication of robust electrochemical sensors for simultaneously determining ACTM, CB and CFX or similar types of drugs in the future.  相似文献

Sarcaglarols A—D ( 1 — 4 ), two pairs of lindenane?monoterpene heterodimers fused by a 1,2‐dioxane moiety, were discovered and isolated from the leaves of Sarcandra glabra guided by MS/MS molecular networking‐based strategy. Their planar structures, absolute configurations of basic skeleton and flexible polyhydric side chain were established by analysis of HRESIMS, NMR spectroscopic data, ECD spectrum, and the X‐ray diffraction study of isopropylidene derivatives. An intermolecular [2+2+2] cycloaddition may play a key role in the biosynthesis pathway of the 1,2‐dioxane moiety fused lindenane?monoterpene heterodimer skeleton, which can be recognized as the biogenetic precursors of our previous reported lindenane?normonoterpene conjugates. In addition, compounds 1 , 3 and 4 exhibited moderate inhibitory effects of lipid accumulation in free fatty acid‐exposed L02 cells.  相似文献

This work presents the experimental study of the isomeric ratio of 137mCe–137gCe produced in 138Ce(γ, n) 137m,gCe photonuclear reaction, in neutron capture reaction 136Ce(n, γ) 137m,gCe and in the two simultaneous reactions 138Ce(γ, n) 137m,gCe and 136Ce(n, γ) 137m,gCe in the mixed photon—neutron field by the activation method. The investigated samples were irradiated at the bremsstrahlung photon flux, in the epithermal and thermal-epithermal neutron beam and in the mixed photon-neutron field constructed at the electron accelerator Microtron MT-25 of the Flerov Laboratory of Nuclear Reaction, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna, Russia. The results were analyzed, discussed and compared with those of other authors to examine the role of the channel effect in nuclear reaction and provide the nuclear data for theoretical model interpretation of nuclear reactions.

In order to improve the carbon disulfide (CS2) catalytic hydrolysis efficiency of activated carbon fibers (ACFs), ACFs surface was modified by non-thermal plasma (NTP). In particular, the effects of modification conditions on the catalyst properties were studied, including the reactor structure, modification atmosphere, modification time, output voltage and discharge gap. The catalytic activity study showed that ACFs with NTP modification enhanced CS2 catalytic hydrolysis. The optimal reactor structure, modification atmosphere, modification time, output voltage and discharge gap was a coaxial cylinder, an N2 atmosphere, 5 min, 7 kV and 7.5 mm, respectively. The effect of the NTP modification on the micro-structural properties of the ACFs was characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) methods. The results showed that NTP modification improved the dispersion of functional groups and increased the number of oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing functional groups, thus the catalytic activity could be enhanced. The present results indicated that NTP modification was an effective way to manipulate ACFs surface properties for the CS2 catalytic hydrolysis reaction.  相似文献

为了研究复合光催化剂在光催化中的制氢效率,采用水热法制备了Mo S2纳米片,然后通过水热法在Mo S2纳米片上负载了TiO_2纳米颗粒,形成了Mo S2/TiO_2异质结复合催化剂。采用冷场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、拉曼光谱(Raman),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对材料的结构和光学性能表征并进行分析。通过光催化制氢测试对光催化剂进行评价,实验结果表明,在波长为365 nm的紫外光照射下,最高光催化制氢速率为1004μmol·h-1·g-1,对应的催化剂的Mo S2含量为30%,其催化速率远大于单一的Mo S2和TiO_2,表明Mo S2/TiO_2复合催化剂在紫外光照下能显著提高光催化产氢性能。基于Mo S2/TiO_2复合光催化剂优越的光催化产氢性能,本文对复合光催化剂的产氢机理做了研究和分析。  相似文献
